These challenge achievers got certified as a Motives Cosmetics Consultant by attending the Motives Marketing Workshop, Motives 1 to 1 Training, and Guided Application Workshop. In doing so, they had the confidence and know-how to service their customers and retailed a minimum of $2,500 in Motives branded products.
They showed the plan to a minimum of 10 people with the evaluation approach and personaly sponsored 2 qualified individuals. And followed-through on step 5 of our business plan by helping their new partners establish a customer base with retail events and conducted HBPs, which led to new team members.
