Now as a wife, mom of 3, and entrepreneur, she's passionate about empowering the everyday woman to look and feel her best as she wakes up and needs to conquer each unique day with confidence and excitement for the future. As the Director of Field Development with Motives Beauty Brands, she has a passion and purpose to educate and empower those who want to take their love of beauty, commitment to community and excitement for the future to create a lifestyle they've always dreamed about.

Martha has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years. In those 20 years she has worked in many different avenues of the beauty industry from being behind the counter as a beauty advisor, to a business manager for a couple of high-end makeup companies,

an educator, and a former salon owner.

Currently, she is the proud owner of an award winning luxury bridal beauty business, the root of beauty. She still actively does makeup and hair for weddings,

special occasions, film, and photography. She also enjoys teaching. She teaches beauty pros and enthusiasts everything from application to marketing she even teaches teens and adults the proper way to care for their skin and how to apply makeup.

Because Martha uses products during her makeup applications, hair services, massages and facials she is very particular about the brands she uses. When she found Motives over 7 years ago. She knew this was the place she needed to be!!! Last, but definitely not least, she is also, a nationally certified massage therapist and has

been for over 12years. Martha truly has a passion to help others!

Notable work includes: intern with YBL magazine, Bet awards, Latin music awards, and R&B singer Mya.

Motives beauty advisor since 2012- absolutely fell in love with the exclusivity of our products that I’m now able to offer all my clients!!

Motives Certified Trainer- being able to provide ongoing education and receiving it from other amazing trainers is the golden ticket to success!

My mission is to identify and help other Beautypreneurs find their purpose and

confidence by creating a successful business.

Jennifer Spanbauer

Jennifer's beauty journey started over a decade ago as a salon apprentice in Oshkosh, Wi. There she learned all the tools and techniques she needed to jump start her career, she always was open to learning more. Not long after she started at the salon, she came across Motives Cosmetics. With the addition of products, she was able to service her

clients with much more than just hair services. Introducing them to makeup, skincare, and beauty wellness.

In late November of 2018 she opened her own business specializing in on location bridal hair and makeup services. As her company grew, she decided it was time to offer more for her clients.

Jennifer just expanded her company to a full-service salon and bridal business as of November 9th, 2021. Now employing 11 salon stylists/estheticians offering an array of salon services. And over 10 independent artists on her bridal team, servicing the state of Wi and beyond.
