1.    Make sure all tickets you sold are assigned, including yours. Those registered will receive a unique QR code for entry and will receive exclusive text messages throughout the event. Do NOT forget to pack your ticket. You will still need your physical ticket along with your email with the QR code. 

2.    Pack Comfortable shoes and clothes. The days are long, action packed, non-stop and super exciting. Also remember that the arena has air conditioning cranking which means it can get cold and then two hours later, warm. So dress in layers. Plan ahead by ordering exclusive branded t-shirts.

7.    Bring a portable charger for your phone. Jump on your SHOP.COM site right now and purchase one. Your battery will drain fast when you're using your phone non stop.

8.    Don’t just socialize – network! Bring your Business Cards. Keep track of the contact info of the UFOs you meet. Some ways to do this is to add “UFO” somewhere in their contact ID on your phone, write down their Instagram handle when you follow them, or clear out your wallet for space for business cards. As you develop your business centers, attend training events, or participate in other educational opportunities, you’ll want to be able to ask questions and provide support in turn to your fellow UFOs. 

9.    Bring your credit cards- There are going to be AMAZING specials, exclusive buys for those in attendance daily, and tickets for World Conference, etc. 

10.    Bring your notebook, paper, pen, tablet... something to take notes on. There is going to be a lot of information thrown at you and you should be ready to jot down bullet points to move you and your team to the next level. 

11.    Make sure you write down your UnFranchise ID # and put it in your phone. Just put it in your phone now as a note or under your contact information.

12.    Bring a GREAT attitude. I mean a shinning, 100% Glowing, outstandingly positive attitude. Start each day with a smile on your face and keep that smile going all day long.

13.    Stay in your seats as much as possible. It makes no sense to travel and spend money and then spend half of your time in the hallway.

14.    Get to the arena early. It is going to take time in line to get into the arena as well as go through the “MA World”

15.    You will finally be around other people and most of us LOVE a good party... but remember the reason you are at the event. You are there to learn, to change your life and to have a great time. That happens in the event. It doesn't happen if you miss half of the event because you partied so hard the night before you can't get out of bed. Have fun, by all means party (there will be lots of opportunities to do so) but keep the main thing the main thing.

TICKET ASSIGNMENT

How do I assign my ticket(s)?

All purchased tickets will need to be assigned by the UnFranchise Owners who purchased them. To assign your ticket(s), visit the ticket assignment page and assign one to yourself (if you haven't done so already), then assign each additional ticket to anyone you sold a ticket(s) to and the individual(s) attending with you. Simply provide the individual's first name, last name and email address to assign a ticket to its respective attendee.

REGISTRATION

When should I arrive in Greensboro, North Carolina?

We strongly encourage all attendees to arrive on Wednesday, Aug. 10 and visit Registration, which is open Wednesday from 3–8 p.m. EDT. By registering Wednesday, you will save time Thursday morning.

Where is Registration located?

Registration is located at the Special Events Center (East Wing) adjacent to the Greensboro Coliseum. There will be signs to guide you in the right direction to the registration area at the Special Events Center (The WORLD of Market America), where all attendees will check in to access the event.

What will I need to bring to Registration?

Each attendee will need to bring to Registration their physical ticket for #MAIC2022, along with the email that contains their QR code. The email that contains a QR code is sent to an individual after the UnFranchise Owner assigns a ticket to them and once the individual confirms their email address.

What will I receive at Registration?

Attendees will receive their Welcome Packet and Name Badge.

When is Registration available?

PARKING How much does parking cost at the Greensboro Coliseum?

Parking costs $10 per day. Parking is available at no cost on Wednesday, Aug. 10 for Registration.

CHILDREN AGES 17 & UNDER

Can I bring children to the event?

Yes, children ages 17 and under can attend the event for free! UnFranchise Owners, please complete this short form if you and/or your guests are planning to bring children ages 17 and under to the event. Children will enjoy all the activities that are available at the DNA Miracles booth within the WORLD of Market America!

Please remember, children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times throughout the event. Market America is not responsible for tending to any child care during the event. The International Convention is a business meeting focused on education, training, and motivation. If a child becomes distracting or disruptive during the general session, the parent/guardian and child will be asked to leave the session, out of respect for all other attendees.

Will the event be live streamed?

The 2022 International Convention is an in-person event located at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. The live event will not be streamed virtually.

Food and Beverage Concessions will be open throughout the Greensboro Coliseum concourse.

Can I bring my service dog?

Per the Greensboro Coliseum A–Z Guide, animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities and/or special needs. Service animals are welcome into the building and must remain on a leash or harness at all times.

Where are the First Aid stations located?

Per the Greensboro Coliseum A–Z Guide, First Aid stations are staffed with Guilford County EMS for most ticketed events. Walk-in first aid stations can be found in the following locations:

Will there be a shuttle to & from the host hotel?

No, there will not be a shuttle. We recommend Uber or Lyft for transportation.

Have fun everyone and for those of you who have decided to attend, congratulations! We understand that it isn't always easy to get to the events. Many of you have sacrificed to get to Greensboro and for that we are grateful. Make no mistake, many people talk about wanting to change their lives, about wanting to make this their year, about wanting and wanting and wanting... we always pay attention to those who go to the events because we know they don't just want, they are ready to do. Know in your heart that you are making the right decision.

For those of you not going, we will miss you. We don't get money for tickets sold. We don’t get a bonus from the company for having people in our teams attend. We ask you to go because we know if you just keep showing up, eventually someone will say something that strikes you and moves you up a notch... and then another and then another. We tell you to go because if you do not go, your teams will not go and if you team does not go, you will not grow. If you want a huge business and a significant income, you have to plug into the events because you can never do it all on your own. Eventually the team will become too big and you will not be able to train and motivate them all. Everything you work for you risk losing when you don't attend the events. We know this because we have either experienced it or seen it.
