We couldn't be more excited about the opportunity to gather, in person, and learn how to support Beauty Industry Professionals during these ever-changing times.  The fact that we have a community and culture that thrives on helping one another succeed is something to celebrate (and take advantage of!) During this certification event, you'll learn from successful business owners in the beauty industry who have not only survived, but thrived, over the last few years. It's one thing to attend a class and learn about theoretically what to do, but it's quite another to learn directly from those who are DOING it - successfully - and have a passion and purpose to help others do the same.

Sunday, June 26th (10 am - 5 pm)

We'll be kicking things off the morning with positive energy and beauty cocktails as we prepare for a live skincare treatment, demonstrating how to incorporate exclusive products into a professional service (and also how to have a conversation after the service to set the client up for longer lasting results with a recommended at-home regimen). We'll then roll into some fun workshop style sessions! One will be on branding yourself and identifying your target market. Another will be on personality profiling and how to get the most out of each unique relationship! Of course we'll be sharing lots of advise and real life scenarios on how to effectively, efficiently and profitably transform your salon and service menu into revenue generating machines.

Monday, June 27th (10am - 3pm)

You'll get to see our custom blend cosmetics in action! We'll be whipping up some liquids and powders for those in attendance and sharing some tips and tricks. After that, you have the chance to learn how to "water-proof" your look (with products that contain NO oil) for summer and bridal season with a special focus on our new spring and summer collection - Motives Moments

After that we'll get into unique implementation examples to bring all of the lessons to life and even work through some case studies (real time) as a class! We'll review all of the tools available to set you up for long-term success.

In closing we'll get real with the current economic situation and offer our best advise (from decades of experience) on how to prepare for what is to come and how to be pro-active in your approach so that you are not left helpless and without options. Being a business owner or professional in this industry can be very fulfilling and financially rewarding - but you need to align yourself with the right products, tools, technology and TEAM to enjoy the journey.
